He was born in Waynesboro on September 19, 1961, a son of the late Elbert Lewis Ramsey Sr., and Joyce Ramsey. Junior worked as a self-employed plumber. He was a perfectionist and was highly regarded in his line of work.
On top of his high school involvement, he was also an integral part of the coaching staffs for Alpharetta Ambush and United Futbol Academy. Sidney A.
